Job summary

Downhole Chemical Solutions is seeking a Facility Manager to provide technical support and asset maintenance for field operations. The role emphasizes strong leadership, inventory control, and adherence to safety procedures within an ESOP environment.

The Facility Manager will oversee both dry and liquid product movements, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and manage the facility team to ensure continuous availability of product and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience managing inventory and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound orders to ensure timely and accurate loading.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, storage, and access to products.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory levels across Dry and Liquid product.
• Ensure adherence to Facility Manual and drive Operational Excellence.
• Coordinate scheduling, time off, and staffing coverage.
