Depot Connect International seeks a Facility Manager to lead a 2-bay maintenance shop on site, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable operations. The role focuses on delivering quality service while maintaining profit margins.

The ideal candidate has prior P&L oversight, 3+ years of management experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries, and strong communication skills. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing P&L.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or transportation.
• Experience with safety performance and EHS compliance.
• Customer-facing / customer service experience required.
• Able to work in harsh environments (outdoors, temperature).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with multiple computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and environmentally sound practices by following SOPs.
• Provide training for all facility staff and assign daily tasks.
• Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly safety audits; hold monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee building, grounds, and equipment maintenance; coordinate quotes and approvals.
• Budget input on capital expenditure for the facility.
• Maintain regulatory reporting for federal/state/local agencies.
• Manage waste logs and coordinate shipments.
• Hire, discipline, reward, and terminate staff per policy.
• Support sales efforts to grow revenue while controlling costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
