Downhole Chemical Solutions in Marshall, TX is hiring an HSE-Logistics Coordinator to support the Director of HSE in executing safety, environmental, and DOT compliance programs across a distributed workforce of CDL drivers, DriFlow operators, engineers, and field staff.

This field-facing role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate field safety audits, driver compliance, incident documentation, training delivery, and logistics between operations

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in HSE, DOT compliance, fleet safety, logistics, or a related field within oilfield services, completion services, or upstream oil & gas operations.
Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, ELD requirements, and DOT drug & alcohol testing.
Experience working on or around active frac pad or wellsite operations.
Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to maintain records across multiple locations and regulatory jurisdictions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams); experience with fleet telematics or ELD platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with field safety audits, DOT driver compliance, incident documentation, training delivery, and logistics coordination.
Serve as a key link between field operations and DCS's HSE leadership.
Support reporting and record-keeping to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
