Job summary

Downhole Chemical Solutions in Midland, TX is seeking a Facility Operator to manage powder deliveries and daily facility operations. You will load pneumatic trailers, track inventory, and ensure that all work aligns with safety, health, and environmental policies.

The operator must follow directions, work safely, and collaborate with the DriFlow team under the guidance of the Facility Manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 2 years of stable, related work history in the oilfield.
• Five (5) years of stable, related work history in oilfield, preferably on a hydraulic fracturing crew.
• Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as requested by the Facility Supervisor.
• Inventory inspections, verify counts, and transact returned inventory into stock.
• Operate forklift and Yard dog.
• Document inventory movement in the warehouse to optimize efficiencies.
• Identify and label material, record and assign locations for inventory accuracy.
• Handle equipment operations including loading/unloading of inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and report them to supervisor/manager.
• Prepare and secure inventory for outgoing shipments and verify incoming orders.
