You will drive daily production, uphold quality standards, and develop talent while aligning with safety culture and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading oil refinery lab and production staff.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills focused on staff development.
• Knowledge of quality control and compliance standards (ISO; OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee daily production, quality and scheduling to meet customer specs.
• Maintain HACCP, GMPs, SOPs and environmental compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Mentor and develop refinery staff and drive engagement.
