Job summary

Stratas Foods in the United States is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to conduct analytical testing of vegetable oils in a manufacturing facility, record data electronically, and keep the laboratory clean and organized to ensure food safety and quality.

You will test samples at production points, inbound and outbound stages, follow standard operating procedures, and enter results into the database while collaborating with team members to identify and address issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent - Required & Verified.
• Related Experience: Experience with food safety a plus. Previous laboratory experience helpful, but not required.
• Equipment/Software Skills: Basic Computer Data Entry Skills - Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical testing of various vegetable oils using Stratas SOPs in a manufacturing facility. Recording corresponding data electronically. Clean and organize laboratory in a food manufacturing environment.
• Testing of samples at various points in the process: production samples, inbound and outbound truck samples.
