Job summary

Plantible Foods is seeking a Quality Control / Quality Analyst Technician to join the Food Safety & Quality team. You will perform laboratory analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and product specifications.

In this hands-on role you will support environmental monitoring, GMP practices, and coordination with Operations to resolve quality issues, participate in GEMBA walks, and help maintain traceability and

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Experience in lab/QA/QC, food manufacturing, pharma or biotech environment preferred.
• Familiarity with lab testing, sample prep, analytical calculations, and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical chemistry and physical testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Prepare samples, standards, reagents, and lab equipment per approved methods.
• Calculate, review, record, and communicate results; escalate OOS findings.
• Calibrate and verify laboratory equipment and maintain records.
• Support GMP, environmental monitoring, and contamination-control activities.
• Collaborate with Operations to troubleshoot quality issues and coach on food safety expectations.
