Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with computerized inventory control systems and truck rack automation is required.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Reviewing transactions, batch changes, tank temperatures, product gravities, and water bottoms for accuracy.
• Inventory control: Ensuring accurate and timely daily inventory.
• Training: Training Terminal Operators on the TMS system.
• Process Improvement: Improving the inventory accounting process and efficiency.
• Inventory Liaison: Reporting equipment trends to Operations Manager and coordinating repairs or enhancements.
• 3rd Party Management: Verifying 3rd party inspection reports and reconciling with inventory.
• And other duties as assigned.
