Job summary

A leading energy company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Lease & Title Analyst (LTA) to review and maintain lease and title documentation in support of oil and gas operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in land administration and a strong understanding of oil and gas leases. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate records and compliance with lease obligations, all while offering the flexibility of both in-office and remote work environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of land administration or title analysis experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with land systems and lease management tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret oil and gas leases and due diligence reports.
• Set up and maintain lease and title data in land systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve lease-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
