Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of oil and gas land experience.
• Minimum high school diploma; associate or higher degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of land agreements and title principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; GIS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate proposal letters, JOAs, pooling declarations, leases, and related land documents.
• Track status of land activities, generate reports, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with land brokers and title attorneys for lease acquisition and data processing.
• Coordinate workflow with Land Administration and county courthouses for recordation.
• Support due diligence for land transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, trades.
• Review land records for accuracy and flag issues for title or curative review.
• Participate in development team meetings and provide land status updates.
• Assist with special projects and analyze land data to identify risks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute development plans.
• Maintain data integrity in land systems.
