You will supervise tin, insulation, and framing work, read and interpret construction drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of projects across wood and steel structures.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, 5+ years in tin/insulation/framing, 2+ years in a foreman role, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tin, insulation, and framing experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote sites.
