Job summary

Sideworx Connect USA in North Dakota seeks an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Foreman to oversee field installations on an oil and gas site. The role requires 5+ years in oilfield I&E, with 2+ years of supervisory experience and current safety certifications. You will lead crews, read drawings, and ensure NEC/API compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of oilfield I&E experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Valid electrical licenses and safety certifications.
• Proficient in NEC, API, and industry standards for hazardous areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field crews during installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical and automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Oversee installation of MCCs, PLC panels, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, and conduit/wiring systems.
• Maintain daily work logs, provide progress updates, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades onsite.
