Sentry ND in Watford City, ND, is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Insulation/Building Foreman to lead construction crews on remote oil field sites. You will supervise tin, insulation, and framing work, read and interpret construction drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of projects across wood and steel structures.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, 5+ years in tin/insulation/framing, 2+ years in a foreman role, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in tin, insulation, and framing work
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong understanding of framing, sheet metal installation, cladding systems, and industrial insulation methods

Experience in oilfield or industrial construction environments

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
