Job summary

Sentry ND is seeking a skilled Tin & Insulation Building Foreman in Watford City, ND to lead crews on oil field projects. You will oversee tin cladding, insulation, and framing on buildings, pipes and vessels, while ensuring safety, quality, and deadlines are met.

You will read and interpret construction drawings, coordinate with managers and trades, and mentor crew members to maintain high standards on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tin, insulation, and framing experience.
• 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience in oilfield or industrial construction environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in tin cladding, sheet metal, and industrial insulation installation on structures.
• Frame and erect wood and metal buildings on site.
• Interpret blueprints to plan materials and workflow.
• Ensure safety, quality and deadlines per project scope.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and trades; train crew.
