Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Petroleum Studies, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of Oil & Gas industry and/or energy-focused consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas value chains across upstream, midstream, downstream.
• Experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement, or digital modernization initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior executives.
• Experience in proposals, pursuits, business development, and executive presentations.
• Capstone roles: Industry Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Program/Project Manager, or Business Transformation Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Industry Leadership & Growth: support strategic pursuits, proposals, and client presentations; develop relationships with tech vendors and industry bodies.
• Client Advisory & Consulting Delivery: serve as SME and deliver translation of complex processes into actionable solutions; facilitate workshops and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, operating models, and value realization frameworks; collaborate with stakeholders, architects, data teams and delivery organizations.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with client executives and operational leaders; provide context throughout program lifecycle.
