Job summary

Expand Energy seeks a Strategy Specialist/Advisor to drive enterprise strategy, assess growth and portfolio opportunities, and translate strategy into executable workplans. Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, equity research, finance, commercial, or energy industry roles.
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial capability with experience in business cases, analyses, and executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise strategy development, initiatives, long-range ambitions, and annual strategy agendas.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for executive leadership and the Board.
• Translate strategy into practical workplans, milestones, and leadership materials.
• Develop analyses, business cases, and recommendations for senior management decisions.
• Embed commercial acumen and value-chain thinking into strategy routines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Planning, and leadership to connect strategy with financial plans and investments.
