Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily movement of crews, equipment, and materials across various divisions to ensure timely project execution.
• Serve as the primary communication hub between field crews, supervisors, and the back office to facilitate smooth operations.
• Receive, dispatch, and route work orders efficiently through established workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain detailed daily records of crew assignments, job statuses, equipment usage, and materials inventory.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew leaders to plan for next-day needs and adapt schedules based on changing job conditions.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, equipment shortages, and crew availability issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Respond to real-time field conditions, adjusting resource allocation to meet project demands and safety standards.
