Job summary

Octane Environmental LLC seeks a Mid-Level EC Crew Leader to oversee daily environmental containment field operations. You will lead crews, enforce safety standards, and drive quality while coordinating with clients and management.

The role requires 1–2 years in oil & gas or environmental containment, valid Octane Driver qualification, and strong leadership and reporting skills to maintain safe, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Oil & gas or environmental containment field operations experience (1–2 years).
• Valid driver’s license with Octane Approved Driver qualification.
• Clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership to manage and motivate a field crew.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate reporting.
• Physical ability to perform field-based labor in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with crew, management, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and address issues.
• Monitor crew performance, provide guidance, and ensure safety compliance and quality.
