Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of industry experience in oil & gas, environmental containment, or related field operations.
• Valid driver's license with Octane Approved Driver qualification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate field activities efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and quality assurance.
• Ability to complete detailed and accurate daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple field crews to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project standards
• Communicate effectively with Crew Leaders, dispatch, and management to facilitate smooth operations
• Monitor crew performance, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensure all team members maintain required safety certifications and compliance with OSHA, PEC, and customer-specific standards
• Complete accurate daily reports including job summaries, material usage, and upcoming activities
• Manage logistics related to equipment, materials, and personnel to meet project deadlines
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability
