KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing in Houston, TX seeks an experienced E&I project leader to oversee multiple oil & gas construction programs. You will lead safety, schedule, cost, and client relations while delivering complex E&I scopes.

This role requires 10+ years in oil & gas E&I, brownfield and shutdown work, strong budgeting, change management, and executive communication. Must be able to travel to project sites and work from Houston or Odessa.

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years in direct Oil & Gas construction leadership.
Experience delivering E&I work in upstream, midstream, or petrochemical facilities.
Proven accountability for safety, schedule, cost, and client performance.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent E&I projects across upstream, midstream, downstream, petrochemical, gas processing, terminal, and related facilities.
Develop execution strategies for greenfield, brownfield, expansion, maintenance, turnaround, shutdown, and tie-in work.
Coordinate across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, startup, commissioning, client operations, subcontractors, and vendors.
Oversee project health reviews and corrective actions for safety, design, labor, material, productivity, schedule, and commercial risk.
Lead recovery planning for distressed projects and high-impact decisions.
