Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of E&I Quality Management experience in industrial construction or EPC environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation construction quality control.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
• Experience managing E&I inspectors and third-party testing resources.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, specs, and tests.
• Background screen clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the E&I QA/QC program for designated divisions and projects.
• Lead E&I quality personnel in audits, inspections, and documentation.
• Interpret contract requirements, drawings, and inspection/test requirements.
• Support test plans, checklists, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
• Coordinate third-party testing agencies and commissioning activities.
• Interface with quality leadership, PMs, construction teams, vendors, and clients.
• Track and report E&I quality metrics to leadership.
