LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks experienced Oil & Gas Attorneys for upcoming project-based legal work in the United States. Candidates will support matters related to energy transactions, regulatory compliance, leasing, title, and due diligence in a contract/W2 capacity.

Requirements include an active Bar license in Pennsylvania or West Virginia and prior oil & gas or energy-related legal experience. This role offers flexible, project-based work with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Bar license in Pennsylvania or West Virginia.
• Experience in oil & gas or energy-related law.
• Ability to support projects on an as-needed or contract basis.
• W2 contract availability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support energy transactions and related oil & gas matters.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and leasing issues.
• Perform title work and due diligence as part of project-based engagements.
• Contribute to various oil and gas legal matters on a contract basis.
