Experience in Oil and Gas Title: significant experience examining abstracts of title, leases, contracts, and various legal documents related to the oil and gas industry.
Preparing Title Opinions: ability to prepare comprehensive and accurate title opinions through thorough analysis and interpretation of title documents.
Regional Expertise: specific experience in reviewing titles in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and/or West Virginia, understanding local regulations and legal intricacies.
Curative Title Experience: proven experience in curative title work, including resolving title defects and issues to ensure clear and marketable titles.
Exemplary Writing Skills: exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
Attention to Detail: meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in title examination and document preparation.
Independent and Efficient Work: ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and workload to meet project deadlines.
Educational Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing.
