Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for Oil Change Team Members. No experience required; we provide paid training and a clear growth path from lube tech to shop leadership. You will perform oil changes, replace filters, top off fluids, and support the customer experience in a fast-paced shop.

Full-time positions are available with weekly pay, health benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Prioritize safety and efficiency while delivering friendly service from the customer's vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil
• change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
