Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our fast-paced team. No experience is required, and we provide paid training to learn how to change oil, replace filters, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your vehicle where possible.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions. We offer flexible schedules, paid time off, and benefits for full-time crew members, with opportunities to advance from lube tech to shop manager through our internal growth Path.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be over 18 years of age (varies by state).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform light maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep workspace clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
