Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training is provided to become a qualified oil-change technician. You will learn to change oil, replace wiper blades, fill tires, and perform light maintenance, with base pay plus commissions.

Top performers can move up quickly, with many Shop Managers promoted from within the company. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn and complete training.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
