Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required, and you will be trained to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions and advance through the company with paid training. Join a team that promotes from within, with options for growth to shop management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Must be 18+ (16+ in some states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
