Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for the Oil Change Team Member role. No experience is required, and we provide paid training to learn to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance while customers ride in their car. The position offers up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions.

We promote from within, with many Shop Managers starting as lube techs, and we offer full-time schedules, benefits and career growth opportunities across the country.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in hot/cold weather and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform light maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep workspace clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
