Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs nationwide. No experience required; you will be trained to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions.

Many team members started with no experience, and over 90% of our shop leadership began as lube techs. We offer paid training, opportunities to advance, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in certain states)
• No experience required; willing to learn and work hard

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
