Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. We offer paid training and opportunities to advance from lube tech to shop manager roles, with potential for base pay plus commissions.

Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, full-time schedules, and benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance are available. No experience is required, and you’ll learn how to change oil, replace filters, and perform light

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in certain states)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
