Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in Ohio. No prior experience needed; we will train you to perform oil changes, blade/air filter replacement, and light maintenance. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement through a paid training program that promotes internal leaders.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older (16+ in specified states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment and provide excellent customer service.
