Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member in Ohio. No experience is required—we train you to change oil, replace wiper blades, top off fluids, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your car. Earn hourly pay ($11–$16) plus potential commissions or bonuses and opportunities to advance to shop management with paid training.

Qualifications

• No experience required!
• We will train you to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
