Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring for an Oil Change Team Member. No experience is required, and candidates will be trained to perform oil changes, wiper blade and air filter replacements, tire inflation, and light maintenance. Base pay starts at $11.00/hr with potential commissions.

Position offers full-time crew roles with growth opportunities; training is provided to help you advance to shop leadership, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• PAID TRAINING to become a lube technician.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
