Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs with no experience required. You will be trained to change oil, replace wiper blades/filters, check tire pressure, and perform light maintenance. Opportunities for advancement exist with paid training and potential commissions.

The position offers up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus benefits such as paid time off and health coverage, and a fast-track path to store management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
