Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager in Live Oak, TX to lead daily shop operations, train staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role offers paid training and opportunities for advancement within the Take 5 system.

Strong leadership and reliability are valued, with potential for growth as you manage oil changes and light maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work flexible hours, and participate in a team-oriented culture

Formación

• Experience is VALUED but not required.
• Paid TRAINING on Take 5 standards.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and End of Period (EOP) stock management.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget.
