Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management ability.
• Experience is valued but not required; willingness to train on the Take 5 system.
• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding and training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventories.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand shop financials to drive results and budget wisely.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
• Support crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
