Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on leading a friendly team while delivering fast, quality oil changes and customer service in a busy shop environment. Paid training is provided to develop leadership skills and shop operations knowledge.

As an ASM, you may train staff, handle payments, and step in as Shop Manager when needed. The position offers full-time hours, competitive base pay, and opportunities for advancement within the Take 5

Provide excellent customer service and lead a team in a fast-paced auto service shop.
Willingness to learn and adapt with paid training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
Assume the responsibilities and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
Run the floor, ensuring staff coverage and customer satisfaction.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other light auto services.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the sales floor.
Maintain shop, office, and restroom cleanliness.
