Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Run the floor to ensure staff are in position and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees in Take 5 procedures.
• Oil changes, filter replacements and light maintenance as needed.
• Restock inventory and maintain clean shop, office, and bathroom areas.
