Take 5 Oil Change in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team, manage daily operations, scheduling, training, and inventory control at our busy oil-change shop. You will ensure adherence to Take 5 standards, deliver excellent customer service, and drive shop performance.

No prior management experience is required, as we provide PAID TRAINING and a clear growth path. Top performers can earn $55k+ per year plus benefits, with opportunities to advance into higher leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on the Take 5 way to manage a shop.
• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew members.
• Lead a team to meet Take 5 standards and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventory
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew with oil changes and light maintenance
• Providing excellent customer service
