Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for an Assistant Shop Manager in Ohio. The role offers paid training, opportunities to advance from Crew to Shop Manager, and hourly pay with weekly bonuses.

You will lead the shop, provide customer service, and help manage inventory and operations while maintaining a clean, efficient shop. Join a growing team with internal promotion potential and a path from Crew Member to leadership.

Competenze

• Experience valued but not required.
• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ pit.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor and ensure every customer is satisfied before they leave.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
