Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and deliver top-notch customer service. You will oversee crew activities, ensure quality service, and step in for the Shop Manager when needed.

The role emphasizes growth through a proven internal promotion path, with paid training on the Take 5 way to manage a shop, oil changes, and other basic maintenance tasks. Competitive hourly pay alongside bonuses is offered.

Competenze

Experience is valued but not required.
Paid training available to learn Take 5 processes.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Mansioni

Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
Act as Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
Run the floor, ensuring team is in place and customers are satisfied.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
