Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for Oil Change Team Members and Lube Technicians across our shops. This full-time role includes paid training and opportunities for advancement, with no prior experience required.

As a team member, you will perform oil changes and light maintenance, learn fast, and contribute to a friendly customer experience. The position offers base pay with commission potential and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years in some states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment and provide excellent customer service.
