Take 5 Oil Change is seeking team members for full-time crew and lube tech roles. No experience required; we provide paid training to learn oil changes, tire and fluid tasks, and customer service.

This position offers up to $15 per hour plus base pay and commissions, flexible schedules, paid time off for full-time staff, and opportunities to advance into management roles through internal promotions. Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
