Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing crew. No experience is required—we train you to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance in a fast-paced shop.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus same-day pay options, paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance to Shop Manager roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; hands-on training provided to become a lube technician.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
