Thriveworks is actively seeking licensed clinicians in Ohio to provide supervision and telehealth services. You must be LISW-S or willing to credential, reside in Ohio, and be able to meet in person for an initial supervision session.

The role includes supervising a minimum of six resident clinicians with both group and individual sessions. You will also maintain a clinical caseload while documenting supervision and coaching, collaborating with the Regional Clinical Director to address

Clinical Supervisor - OH - LISW-S**MUST be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the following location with the specific license type: LISW-SCan supervise fully remote from any location within the state of OH; however, must reside permanently within the state of OH and must agree to MEET IN PERSON WITH THEIR RESIDENT ONE TIME (INITIAL SUPERVISION MEETING).Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in Ohio. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week (not a supervision-only position)Willingness to provide documentation oversightCoaching on the professional and clinical development of the resident clinicianCompletion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.Supervisor Requirements for LISW-S in OHLISW-S Requirements:Only independent social workers who have obtained a training supervision designation shall provide training supervision.Applicants for training supervision designation shall apply on forms required by the board and shall document at least the following requirements.(a) One year post licensure experience as an independent social worker; and(b) Training in supervision of at least nine hours of continuing education in committee approved supervision programs or one master's level supervision course, which shall be completed as follows: between the date the applicant received the independent social worker and the date the applicant is applying for the supervision designation using continuing education training; or complete a master's level supervision course from an accredited university within the last three yearsSupervision Compensation.For Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $48.70 to $56.49 depending on caseload)For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of seventy dollars and sixty-seven ($70.67) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used. The provider will receive a code to document their supervision hours and will be required to complete the recording documentation of such supervision.How We Support YouWe handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care.
