Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Area leaders to develop strategies for providing construction services.
  • Develop plans to expand resources for construction management programs.
  • Develop procedures for executing construction services activities and coordinate with the project team.
  • Administer and manage construction services and inspection activities.
  • Monitor progress of design related to construction requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage project quality assurance and control.
  • Prepare and update project schedules, requests for payment, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate local pursuit efforts and assist in procurement as needed.
