Job summary

The Ohio Branch Coordinator at Crown Battery Mfg. is a full-time clerical role based in Fremont, OH, coordinating administrative support across multiple branch locations, handling inventory, orders, shipments, and rental administration.

You will liaise with service technicians, branch staff, customers, and carriers to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and adherence to Crown Quality System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in office/administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of freight logistics and bill of lading processes.
• Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative support across multiple locations.
• Support inventory and order processing, including counts and tracking.
• Review orders and shipment information for accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments and prepare shipping papers.
• Coordinate stock transfers and maintain records.
• Provide sales coordination and admin follow-up for branches.
• Communicate with technicians, carriers, and customers to support service needs.
• Assist with rental coordination, recordkeeping, and audits.
