Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year office or administrative experience.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics systems including Bill of Lading.
• Experience with an ERP software system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for multiple branch locations and serve as a central point of contact for branch office needs.
• Support inventory and order processing activities across locations, including tracking inventory control numbers.
• Review paperwork, orders, and shipment information for accuracy and completeness before products are shipped.
• Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments, including preparation of bills of lading and related shipping documentation.
• Coordinate stock transfers among branch locations and maintain accurate supporting records.
• Provide sales coordination and administrative follow-up for assigned branches.
• Communicate with Service Technicians and branch personnel to help coordinate service-related needs and customer support.
