Job summary

GlobalPoint HC in Chillicothe, OH is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse to triage patients, circulate cesarean sections, and support labor and delivery with physicians and midwives. The role includes ensuring recovery after vaginal and cesarean deliveries.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, NRP, BLS, ACLS, and EPIC experience, with 5+ years of relevant practice and willingness to travel as needed. This is a day shift opening, with weekend coverage as required.

Job description

Level 2 Labor and Delivery unit delivering patients 32 weeks and above. Must be able to triage patients, circulate cesarean sections, manage the labor and delivery of patients collaboratively with physicians and midwives, and complete patient recovery following vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Position: Labor & Delivery Nurse Shift/Hours: Days, 7am - 7pm, weekdays; every other weekend, holidays Preferred: 5+ years experience, previous travel experience, EPIC experience Certifications: RN, NRP, BLS, ACLS
