Job summary
Family Solutions Practice Management Solutions is seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse for night shifts (7pm–7am) on a Level 2 unit handling patients 32 weeks and older. The role requires triage, cesarean circulation, and teamwork with physicians and midwives to manage labor and delivery and ensure post-delivery recovery.
Preferred candidates have 5+ years in L&D, travel experience, and EPIC proficiency. Certifications required include RN, NRP, BLS, and ACLS.
Qualifications
- RN license required and current
- Minimum 5+ years experience in labor and delivery preferred
- NRP, BLS, ACLS certifications required or obtained
Responsibilities
- Triage laboring patients and assess progression.
- Circulate cesarean sections during procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and midwives to manage labor and delivery.
- Complete patient recovery following vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
